Martin Encinas

Martín Encinas is an Associate with CBRE’s Capital Markets group and specializes in private capital multifamily properties across the Tucson MSA. As a lifetime Tucsonan, Martín leverages his in-depth knowledge of Tucson to advise investors of the best practices for the valuation, acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties.

Prior to this, Martín was a Client Services Specialist for Tucson’s leading producer, Mike Sandahl. In this role, Martín was responsible for market research, property marketing, due diligence management, and the underwriting of multifamily and commercial investment properties. With Mr. Sandahl, Martín was involved in the sale of over 2,500 units of multifamily product valued at $260+ million along with over $73 million of commercial investment properties.

Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets, Martín began his career with CBRE in the summer of 2014 as the Tucson office Market Research Analyst. Martín graduated from the University of Arizona in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development.
