Marti Blackstock oversees the property management responsibilities for the entire Banyan portfolio. Ms. Blackstock has been in the commercial real estate industry for nearly 30 years, specializing in the management of Class A high-rise assets. Her experience includes developing and implementing strategic business plans, creating and enhancing asset value, managing client and tenant relations, and providing leadership in capital projects. She has held positions with Eola Capital and Parkway Realty Services, America’s Capital Partners, Robinson Humphrey, Shearson Lehman, and Mutual of New York, and has also been an independent consultant for numerous private and institutional owners.
