Martha A Hastings

Martha Hastings joined the CBRE Washington DC Multifamily Team in 2006, specializing in apartment dispositions throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Martha became the fifth sales professional of the Baltimore division of the Multifamily Team in July 2008. Since joining the Team, Martha has assisted in the sale of more than 221,498 units in over 763 communities for an aggregate value of $30.728 billion.

Martha began her career with CBRE in June 2005 as a member of CBRE's prestigious Wheel Program, a rotation-based introduction to the commercial real estate business.
