Marshall Merritt

Marshall has been in the oil, gas and real estate business in Dallas since 1984. After working for a large, publicly held natural gas corporation, he formed Merrimac Energy Corp. in 1990 to acquire, drill and operate oil and gas properties. From 1995 to 1999, Merrimac was active in acquiring and developing real estate properties. Since the formation of MCP, he has focused on acquisitions and development of land and retail properties. Marshall graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1984 and holds a Texas real estate license. Marshall and his wife Leslie, have been married for 30 years, and have two children.
