Marla Chaliff

Known for her ability to create enduring client relationships, Marla Chaliff is a founder and one of three managing partners of Dimension Development Partners. Specializing in site selection, land development and market analysis, she has extensive experience representing national tenants throughout the country, particularly in the restaurant, retail, and financial industries.

Marla’s area of expertise is in land acquisition, with an emphasis in assemblages, purchase of land carve-outs and outparcels. She has relationships with numerous big box tenants and mixed use developers, along with vast knowledge of the land purchase process.

Clients appreciate Marla’s perseverance and responsiveness. Marla has worked at the corporate level and with major multi unit franchisees in helping businesses expand their footprint across the country. She has been involved in the development of over 100 IHOP restaurant locations and works with Krispy Kreme nationally as a preferred developer. Additionally, Marla works with Valvoline corporate across much of the southeast. She has also managed national development for Sprint/TMobile in multiple projects nationwide. Marla is also currently working as national consultant for AMC Theaters in disposition of surplus properties. Other development engagements include working for the Del Taco restaurant chain, Jason’s Deli, Capital One Bank, and Five Guys. As a preferred developer, Marla and her team manage the land acquisition, market analysis and site development.

Marla also works closely with numerous financial institutions, representing clients on banking property acquisitions and sales in Atlanta and the Southeast. She served as the exclusive broker for the sale of multiple surplus former SunTrust sites. Marla has a 25-plus year track record of helping businesses expand while achieving their strategic real estate objectives.

Marla is the proud mom of three grown kids. She and her husband enjoy exercise, cycling, and travel. Marla is a true Georgia Bulldog and bleeds red and black. In addition to the Dawgs, Marla has never met a dog she didn’t like, especially golden retrievers.
