Mark Zolty

Mark Zolty is the President of Prism Multifamily Group and is based in Toronto. Mark has extensive residential real estate experience, having worked in the industry for over 15 years. Prior to founding Prism, Mark held the title of Managing Director at Brass Enterprises Inc., a real estate investment company focused exclusively on multifamily properties. He was responsible for overseeing Brass’s asset management, acquisitions, and financing responsibilities totalling $450,000,000 in AUM. Prior to joining Brass in 2009, Mark served as a Property Manager at MetCap Living Management, one of Canada’s largest private property management firms. Mark is a third-generation property operator and has spent much of his life learning from his family’s 65 years in the multifamily industry. Mark is an avid cyclist and passionate supporter of local charities, combining his two interests by helping organize an annual charity ride for Kayla’s Children Centre.
