Based in Houston, Mr. Witcher covers the state of Texas with a focus on representing institutional investors, owners and developers in retail investment sales. An accomplished senior commercial real estate professional with more than 18 years of experience, Mr. Witcher has extensive experience in acquisition, disposition, marketing, site selection and tenant representation. He has successfully closed in excess of $2.75B in sales and overseen hundreds of sales transactions. Mark previously served as a Divisional Vice President for Acquisitions and Dispositions with another firm and was responsible for sourcing the company's Central Region acquisitions and oversight of the nationwide disposition program.
