Thirty years ago, Fred Cerrone decided to turn his vision into a reality and establish Hotel Equities. Our Founder and Chairman was a former award-winning hotel general manager in his early 20s, and he used his knowledge of the industry to create a company that served the needs of associates, guests, and investors more efficiently. Hotel Equities has the ability to develop all hotel segments — including resort, full-service, independent, select-service and extended-stay hotels — in order to create profitable ventures for our investors across the globe. We will continue to expand our portfolio of hotels through third-party management, ground-up development and equity ownership opportunities while aligning investment platforms for ourselves and our prospective partners. To achieve this, our seasoned development team will identify existing world-class properties and locate trophy sites that meet investor and owner financial goals.
