Mark White

For the past thirty years Mr. White has been actively involved in all facets of owning and operating commercial real estate. During his career he has acquired, developed, and managed more than 10 million square feet of commercial property transactions valued at more than $2 billion including office, industrial, multi-family, retail, and hospitality properties in the U.S. Prior to joining Somerset Properties, Mr. White was a principal with Capmark Investments where he completed acquisitions and joint ventures nationally for the firm’s equity real estate program. Before Capmark he was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Urdang, and Vice President at Equitable where he spent nine years as an investment officer and loan workout specialist. Mr. White started his career with TFW Associates where he oversaw the multi-family property management team, and worked on the firm’s office development projects. Mr. White holds an M.B.A. from Hofstra University, and a B.S. from Drexel University. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania.
