Bio
Mr. Vollmer is the Chief Appraiser and oversees Architectural and Engineering Services for New York Life Real Estate Investors. Prior to joining Real Estate Investors, Mr. Vollmer held positions at AIG Global Real Estate, Jones Lang LaSalle and JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Vollmer has a BA in History from Haverford College and an MBA in Finance from New York University. He is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
