Bio
Mark is responsible for leading the firm’s project teams including architects, designers, engineers and contractors. His responsibilities include site due diligence management, conceptual modeling, consultant selection, budgeting, scheduling, design & construction contract negotiations and BIM management for Altus’s portfolio of Industrial/logistics developments, multifamily communities and office projects.
Mark graduated from Truman State University with a BA in Finance, obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation in 2009, and has delivered 3M+ square feet of class A new construction since 2014.
