Mark Turner

Mark Turner’s passion is accepting new challenges and exceeding expectations. As Vice President at North American Properties, Southeast, Mark challenges himself, his peers and his company to do more. His hands-on experience with a wide variety of projects enables him to deliver projects on-budget and on-time. Mark has developed more than one million square feet of commercial retail and shopping centers and over one thousand student housing apartment beds. In 2003, Mark joined North American Properties to oversee the construction of new shopping centers throughout Florida and the Southeast for the Fort Myers office. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Turner brings a broad understanding of all aspects of development and construction. Mark is a Certified LEED Accredited Professional by GBCI, and is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida. Whether it be personally training and participating in Marathons, Triathlons, or Spartan and Ragnar Races, or investing in his community through his work with March of Dimes, Mark embraces the challenge to do more and exceed expectations. Mark also brings his passion for construction and love for the community together by helping Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Big Bend renovate their existing building in Tallahassee, Florida.
