Since 1997, Mark has built his career providing real estate advisory services to Tenants throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan Area and across the United States. His professional, transparent approach has earned him a reputation as one of the Washington DC area's most trusted commercial real estate tenant advisors. Mark's approach to gain a complete understanding of each client's business allows him to execute on the most effective ways to provide real estate solutions that align with their short and long-term business objectives. To do so, Mark serves as an advocate on his client's behalf from inception of the real estate evaluation process through lease negotiations and move-in. His specialties include strategic planning, benchmarking, financial analysis and transaction execution for leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. Areas of Practice Tenant representation services, including superior financial engineering, innovative transactional structures and negotiation strategies designed to create a competitive environment in order to maximize marketplace leverage on behalf of his clients. Experience Prior to joining Broad Street Realty, Mark was Senior Vice President at The Ezra Company for five years and spent fourteen years as an Assistant Director at Studley, Inc., four of those years in their National Accounts Group.
