Specializing in Restaurant Real Estate, Mark represents Tenants and Owners in the site selection/acquisition, disposition and development of restaurant properties. Mark’s 25 years of experience includes overseeing expansion and disposition for clients ranging from major restaurant chains on multiple brands in multiple markets to fulfilling requirements for individual and small group operators. He has been involved in all aspects of restaurant real estate, which include: conversions, ground-up development, leasing, purchase/sale, tenant representation and investment sales.
Mark joined the CBRE, Inc. Restaurant Practice Group in 2016 with over 18 years in real estate brokerage and development and over seven years in corporate real estate assignments with Darden Restaurants, Inc., Bloomin’ Brands, Inc. and California Pizza Kitchen. Prior to this Mark was a partner in the Elephant Bar Restaurant chain handling national development. His experience gives him great range, where his market intelligence and national contacts enable him to provide clients strategic solutions. He holds the title of First Vice President at CBRE in Newport Beach, CA.
