Mark is a Senior Financial Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield with a 24-year professional career that includes experience as an auditor of companies with statutory and SEC reporting obligations, corporate finance, private equity, and real estate mortgage banking and brokerage. Mark is a member of Cushman & Wakefield's growing Equity, Debt & Structured Finance group, which provides a full-spectrum financial services platform to both domestic and international clients offering unsurpassed customized advisory and integrated capital solutions for all asset classes. At Cushman & Wakefield, Mark is involved in raising debt and equity, as well as arranging investment sales, which involves all aspects of the transaction from preliminary underwriting to marketing, structuring, and closing.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mark served as a Director in the Miami office of New York-based Ackman-Ziff. Previously, he was a founding member of the commercial real estate investment banking firm Olympian Capital Group. Since entering the field of commercial real estate, Mark has been directly involved in analyzing and closing several billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions across all property types, including residential, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, and land.

Mark's prior experience includes serving as an associate with a boutique private equity firm, Sun Capital Partners, where he was involved in leveraged buyouts of distressed middle-market companies, as well as corporate financial management with a lease financing company, UniCapital Corporation, and a major software company, Citrix Systems. He began his career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse, LLP serving primarily public companies and financial institutions, including several real estate clients.
