MARK RUEBSAMEN HAS OVER 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
Mark Ruebsamen is Managing Director of Construction Management for Miramar’s ground up residential projects.
Prior to joining Miramar, Mr. Ruebsamen formed and led a regional office for Mill Creek Residential in the San Francisco Bay Area where he was responsible for that firm’s book of business in the South Bay.
Before Mill Creek, Mr. Ruebsamen founded Cedargate Consulting, a firm that vetted and acquired real property for institutional investors. Mr. Ruebsamen held the title of Vice President at both Triad Communities and at JSM Enterprises.
Earlier in his career, he worked in Redevelopment and Economic Development for two local Bay Area cities.
Mr. Ruebsamen graduated with honors from San Jose State University earning degrees in Finance and Economics.
