Mark Ricketts

Mark Ricketts is President and Chief Executive Officer of National Church Residences. He assumed his role on Dec. 31, 2014, replacing Thomas W. Slemmer, who retired. Ricketts was previously President (Operations) and CEO-Elect, with operational responsibility for Affordable Housing and Senior Life, Care and Services at National Church Residences. Ricketts joined National Church Residences in 2000 as Vice President/Chief Operating Officer for Housing. He was Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer forthe Housing Division between 2003 and 2012 and served Corporate Chief Operating Officer in 2012-13. Prior to his employment with National Church Residences, Ricketts served on the National Church Residences Board of Directors. Mr. Ricketts previously was Vice President of Stonehenge Real Estate Investors, Inc., an investment banking firm (formed by the former directors and principals of Banc One Capital Corporation), Vice President of Banc One Capital Corporation, VP and CFO of Arshot Investment Corporation and Tax Manager with Deloitte and Touche. Ricketts serves on the LeadingAge Ohio Board of Directors and is a member of the LeadingAge Business Strategy Council. He is active in the Housing Partnership Network, Stewards of Affordable Housing and LeadingAge. Ricketts is a member of Lifepoint Church in Delaware County and a Teaching Leader for Bible Study Fellowship in Columbus, an international parachurch Bible study. He is married and has three children. He graduated from Miami (Ohio) University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
