Mark Purdy

As Senior Vice President Mark is responsible for overseeing the acquisition and management of Grosvenor’s US West coast investment portfolio. As General Manager he also has responsibility for operational management of the San Francisco office.

Joining the Calgary office in 2008, Mark has held many roles within Grosvenor in portfolio leasing, management, and acquisition and disposition of multiple property types across Grosvenor’s Canada and US operations.

Before working with Grosvenor, he worked for the global real estate firm CBRE focusing on client-based lease negotiations and transaction management. Mark holds an executive position on the Board of Directors for the Union Square Business Improvement District in San Francisco as its Corporate Secretary.

He is a member of several real estate organisations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Mark was educated at both the University of Calgary (BHRM – 1998-01) and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (HRM – 1996-98).
