Bio

In his role as Partner, Mark is responsible for leading Panattoni’s operations in Los Angeles and

San Diego. Panattoni is consistently ranked in the top 5 industrial developers in the United States.

Mark oversees all facets of development, acquisitions, leasing and sales.

Prior to starting Panattoni’s operations in Los Angeles and San Diego in 2008, Mark was living in

London while overseeing Panattoni’s European development operations. Mark moved to Europe

in 2004 to start Panattoni Europe. Under his leadership, the company grew to over 120 employees

in 13 offices across Europe in London, Paris, Rome, Milan, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Warsaw, Poznan,

Katowice, Prague, Schiphol and Luxembourg. While in Europe, Mark led the development of

industrial and retail projects that had construction starts from 2004 – 2008 of 12 million square

feet. One of the projects won the 2007 Central and Eastern Europe Industrial Development

of the Year Award at the Central and Eastern Europe Quality Awards. In addition, Panattoni

Europe’s portfolio is 97% leased. Mark served on the on the Investment Committee for Panattoni

Europe for five years. Prior to starting Panattoni Europe, Mark worked in Panattoni’s Denver

operation responsible for various office and industrial projects in the Colorado market.

Prior to joining Panattoni Development Company, Mark worked for Bristol Group Inc. in

acquisitions and asset management capacities covering the office and industrial markets of

Northern California, New Jersey and Massachusetts. Prior to Bristol, Mark worked in various

levels of increasing responsibility for Spieker Properties, Inc. (NYSE: SPK). At Spieker, Mark ran

the marketing, development, leasing and management of a 3 million sf office, R&D and industrial

portfolio in Silicon Valley
