Mark Palmer joined CBRE in 1981 as an Office Properties Specialist and has since been the top producer in the CBRE St. Louis office nineteen times; from 1988-1994, 1996-2006, and again in 2010; placing in the Top Five 35 times in all. 

He also received the National Colbert Coldwell Circle Award for producing in the top 3 percent nationally within CBRE in 1994, 2002, and 2010. 

Mark also served as Managing Director from 2004 to 2006, providing senior leadership to the Landlord Marketing team as well as leading major leasing assignments.
