Bio
Mark’s primary objective is to enhance portfolio strategy and net operating income (NOI). He provides leadership for leasing, property management, multi-family, construction and asset management finance.
Mark previously worked at Sterling Management as the Portfolio Manager for the REIT’s Minneapolis and Omaha multifamily properties. He brings with him over thirty years of real estate experience in asset management and building teams. Prior to Sterling, Mark was President of Alliant Strategic Development in Los Angeles, CA focused on preserving quality, safe and affordable housing for workforce Americans.
Mark led the Asset Management Group at Ameriprise Financial in Minneapolis, MN. In this role he was a team member of the group that managed all manners of real estate investments by Ameriprise and its predecessor (American Express) including loans, direct equity investments and low income housing tax credit investments.
Mark graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St Paul, Minnesota, with a degree in Economics and a minor in Finance.
