Mark Kramer

Mark Kramer is a managing director and head of structured loans on the commercial real estate team at PPM America, Inc. (PPM). In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the origination and underwriting of the higher yielding (bridge and mezzanine) loans. Prior to joining PPM in 2018, Mark was responsible for originating loans for various high yield debt funds and separately managed accounts at BlackRock, Inc. Previously, he worked on the commercial mortgage-backed securities team at Merrill Lynch & Co. Mark earned a master’s degree from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in diplomatic history from the University of Pennsylvania.
