Mark Ickert

Mark serves as Director of Operations and is a Partner. He has been involved in real estate as an investor and as a commercial real estate developer since 2005. His leadership style is a team building approach and his meticulous attention to detail suits him well for his role at Cascadia. He applies his expertise in the disciplines of due diligence, entitlements and economic modeling. Mark is committed to serving the Vancouver community. His past leadership roles as Chairman of the Vancouver Civil Service Commission, serving on the Vancouver School District Foundation and as an ambassador board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia Willamette, have given him an appreciation for the work that goes on behind the scenes that endeavor to support the needs of the underprivileged and underserved in our community. Mark is a resident of Ridgefield, WA where he is involved in volunteer activities in his church and other charitable organizations. He has four children and two grandchildren.
