Mark Houser

Mark Houser joined Bridge in 2014. Mark has responsibilities to manage industrial and office developments, governmental entitlements and processes, design, construction, asset and property management, and coordinate due diligence on acquisitions. Houser joined Bridge after 18 years as founder and president of EquityOne Development, which developed over 2 million square feet of industrial, office and recreational facilities in the Chicago market. Prior to EquityOne Development, Houser served as director of real estate for The Alter Group, where he was responsible for sales and marketing of construction and development services. He has over 37 years of real estate experience in Chicago. Houser has a bachelor’s in finance and economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is a licensed real estate broker.
