Mark Friend

Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 1979, Mark Friend has consistently been one of the top office brokers in Orange County.  In recognition of his superior accomplishments, both the Irvine Company and South Coast Metro have named him Broker of the Year.

A fifteen-time Top Producer in the Orange County Metro office and thirteen-time member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle of Excellence.  Mr. Friend has successfully represented ownerships in the sale and leasing of over 26.9 million square feet of office space.  In addition, Mr. Friend has also successfully represented corporate users in purchasing or leasing over 12.5 million square feet of office space.
