Mark Fitkin

Mark Fitkin is chief operating officer of NBP Capital. With 33 years of global experience in the commercial real estate arena, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of NBP Capital, and is also on the Board of Advisors of NBP Capital and its entities. Fitkin plays a key role in the evolution of the firm’s overarching mission and leads an organizational strategy around investment performance. He reviews and optimizes all NBP Capital internal operations including finance, capital markets, investor reporting, taxes, accounting, insurance, human resources, legal, marketing and IT. In addition, Fitkin serves as the leader of the fund relative to practices, investor recruitment, as well as third-party service contracts and relationships. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado and completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford Professional Education. He is also a member of the International Advisory Board for the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado.
