Mark Eshelman

As Development Partner of Phelan Development, Mark Eshelman works with Dave Haugen on development and acquisitions in the Northern California region. Mark has over 14 years of real estate and construction experience. Prior to joining the Northern California office of Phelan Development, Mark was Vice President of DCT Industrial’s Northern California region managing leasing of the portfolio and targeting acquisitions. During his tenure at DCT Industrial he negotiated over 2 million square feet of lease transactions. Prior to DCT, Mark served as Senior Development Manager for Panattoni Development Company in multiple markets. In this role he was responsible for pre-development, entitlement, construction, leasing and sales on over 2.5 million square feet in both California and Washington. Mark received a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Washington.
