Mark Drazek

As a Senior Vice President, Mark Drazek heads up the CBRE Net Lease Property Group for the state of Florida. With over 22 years with CBRE and an exclusive focus on single tenant net leased properties since the group’s beginning back in 2001, Mr. Drazek personally has sold over 150 single tenant properties in the state of Florida alone.  His clients include local, regional and national developers as well as individual and institutional owners of single tenant properties that require the highest quality marketing capabilities in the sale of their assets.  The overall group consists of 9 senior level professionals in select major metropolitan areas around the country who are dedicated exclusively to the sale of single tenant properties.  Since the team’s inception the group has closed over 1,500 single tenant transactions valued at over $10 billion.
