Mark Dishaw

Mark Dishaw serves as a Managing Director for Trammell Crow Company’s Atlanta Business Unit. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and overseeing new industrial development and various investment opportunities throughout the Greater Atlanta market. Since joining TCC in 2013, he and his team have developed approximately 4.5 million square feet of industrial and office projects. His team is expected to break ground on over 1 million square feet in 2020 on various product types. His areas of expertise include development, acquisitions, asset management, construction management, marketing and financial analysis. During his 35-year career, Mark has managed the development, leasing, acquisition and property management of over 18 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at $900 million. Prior to TCC, Mark served as Director of Industrial Development from 2011-to-2013 at MeadWestvaco Corporation, was COO for Republic Property Company from 2008-to-2010, and President/Owner of Discho Realty Group, LLC from 2007-to-2008, and Senior Regional Director for First Industrial Realty Trust from 1996-2007.
