Mark Detmer

Mark is a Senior Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. In addition, as an Industrial Group Leader, he oversees the successful Industrial Capital Markets Practice for the West Region of the United States. Mark has more than 20 years of unparalleled real estate experience to make markets for clients including complex dispositions, valuing asset acquisitions, and negotiating for the equity placement and recapitalization of industrial, business park and back-office properties. He has sold over $10 billion of real estate globally in his career and over 100,000,000 square feet.

Over the course of his career, Mark has exclusively represented institutional owners, developers and occupiers in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial assets. Mark has consistently been one of the nation's top performing and successful brokers, receiving a record number of industry achievement awards from NAIOP, SIOR, Prologis, First Industrial, DCT, CoStar, Real Estate Forum, JLL, Cushman and Wakefield, and Trammell Crow Company.

Prior to joining JLL, Mark was an Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield, and Senior Vice President with Trammell Crow Company. During his tenure, Mark was named Top Producer for the company and has brokered some of their largest industrial transactions globally.

Mark was the former Secretary of the Arizona Round Table for Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).
