Mark Darrington is a hospitality industry veteran with over 24 years of hotel experience. Joining CBRE Hotels in 2010, Mr. Darrington is a Senior Vice President out of the Denver office, focusing primarily on providing hospitality brokerage services to western region hotel investors, owners, lenders/servicers and developers. In the past 8 years, Mr. Darrington has closed more than 80 hotel transactions with deals throughout the West and Midwest.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Darrington worked for over four years with a national hotel brokerage company providing transactional services for clients in single asset and portfolio sales throughout the United States. Previously, Mr. Darrington spent 11 years with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts serving on the managing committee as Director of Sales overseeing property sales and marketing, including revenue and market share growth, hotel repositioning, market analysis and owner relations.

Leveraging his extensive hospitality experience, Mr. Darrington combines the insight of hotel operations with his analytical and brokerage expertise achieving optimal results for his clients.
