Mark Clayton

In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.

Mr. Clayton is the head of the Development & Project Management Services team in New England and is currently the Executive Managing Director, where he provides the following services for all commercial, retail and industrial projects within the New England region: site search, strategic property valuation, adaptive reuse analysis, due diligence, land acquisition, land development, permitting and approvals, project cost estimating, construction management and development management.

The Development & Project Management Services team has developed 4.1 million square feet of commercial, R&D, industrial, student housing, medical and hospitality space and managed over 2.2 million square feet of projects for clients such as Quest and Fresenius.
