Mark Claud

Mark Claud is a Principal and the Chief Operating Officer of Lingerfelt CommonWealth. He is responsible for strategy and operations at Lingerfelt and serves as a member of the Investment Committee in which he has been essential in the acquisition and development of Lingerfelt’s current owned portfolio of 4.7 million square feet and 1,165 hotel rooms in 6 states, totaling $806 million. He works to provide a variety of commercial real estate services for the firm’s clients, including: leasing, acquisition, disposition, and consulting services. Mark is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Commonwealth Commercial, the property management affiliate of Lingerfelt. Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a major of Management, from Virginia Tech. He holds the CCIM designation and is the past President of the Virginia chapter of the CCIM Institute.
