Mark Cassata is a Senior Vice President with CBRE's office occupier business in Downtown Chicago with 10 years of industry experience. He has been directly involved in over 2,500,000 SF in transactions with consideration in excess of $1.5B including some of the largest individual transactions in Downtown Chicago history. He takes a strategic approach to his clients' transactions by leading with their individual needs and tailoring a corresponding real estate strategy. By systematically tracking the market more closely than anybody in Chicago, he ensures that his clients are in the best possible position with the believe that data and experience is a cornerstone to leverage creation.
Mark quickly became known as an industry leader and a source of key information on emerging market trends. He has been cited multiple times in Crain's Chicago Business and he regularly leads CBRE's meetings to discuss the market issues at hand and forecasts for Downtown Chicago.
