Mark Carpenter

Mark Hilton Carpenter is Associate Director, Development, West Region for Rockefeller Group, focused on all facets of development to help implement the projects in Rockefeller Group’s West Region. Mr. Carpenter is involved with analyzing market conditions, underwriting new development opportunities, conducting due diligence, securing entitlements and managing projects through construction and marketing to disposition. Throughout his career, Mr. Carpenter has held development, acquisition and project management positions at The Related Group and Beach City Capital. Mr. Carpenter holds a MPS from the Baker Program in Real Estate at Cornell University with a concentration in International Real Estate & Investment and a Bachelors of Science, with Honors, in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University, with a Minor in Business Administration. Mr. Carpenter also attended the University of Oxford in Oxford, UK for studies in International Law. Mr. Carpenter is a LEED Green Associate and Level I Associate Contractor. Mr. Carpenter is actively involved in NAIOP and ULI.
