Based in Northmarq’s Atlanta office, Mark Brourman is an associate. Mark represents sellers in the disposition of anchored multi-tenant shopping centers, with a primary focus on institutional clients.

Prior to Northmarq, Mark was a senior investment analyst at Stan Johnson Company, which he joined in 2021. While at Stan Johnson Company, he assisted in the transactions of over $260M in retail and mixed use shopping centers totaling more than 1,500,000 sq. ft. Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Mark was an acquisitions associate at RCG Ventures, LLC in Atlanta, where he sourced multi-tenant retail acquisitions in the U.S. Southeast region. During his three years at RCG Ventures, he supported the acquisition of over 780,000 sq. ft. of retail shopping centers. Before joining RCG Ventures, Mark was an investment analyst at CBRE in the National Retail Partners division. While at CBRE, he provided financial underwriting and marketing assistance for over $1B in transactions of institutional multi-tenant retail properties.

Mark is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Georgia and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University, with a concentration in real estate.
