Mark Best joined LCP in 2009 to lead and develop the property operations side of the company. He is currently responsible for all property management on our owned and third party managed properties. His duties include property management, asset management, leasing and construction management on a diverse portfolio of well over 1 million square feet of office, medical office, retail and industrial assets. Mark was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate for The Broe Group, an international investment and management firm headquartered in Denver. Mark, who joined the firm in 2005, was responsible for asset management, property management and leasing on a four million square foot portfolio of office, medical office and multi-family properties in the western, Midwestern and southeastern U.S. Previously, Mark spent 15 years as a Senior Vice President and shareholder of Lowe Enterprises, a diversified national real estate investment, development and management company. While at Lowe, he was responsible for asset and property management activities on a six million square foot portfolio in Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Indiana, Georgia and Ohio. Mark is a former Board Member and past president of Denver BOMA and the former Chairman of the National Advisory Council of BOMA International. He received his RPA designation in 1992. Mark lives in Littleton, Colorado with his wife and two children. Education: University of Colorado, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
