Mark Bacon

As Chief Construction Officer and Principal, Mr. Bacon is responsible for executive-level oversight and implementation of all development, construction, renovation and capital expenditure projects throughout the Procaccianti family of companies and affiliates. Since joining TPG in 1985, Mr. Bacon has managed the development, construction and/or renovation of more than $3 Billion in project value comprising hundreds of hospitality, commercial and residential real estate improvement projects. Under his leadership, the firm has been recognized with multiple renovation and development awards from the world’s leading global hotel brands including: Marriott’s “Renovation of the Year,” Hilton Hotel’s “Best Hotel Renovation,” and InterContinental Hotel’s “Developer of the Year.” In addition to Mr. Bacon’s construction, renovation and development accomplishments, over the past 35 years Mr. Bacon has been an integral part of Procaccianti Companies’ growth through his participation on the Executive Board, Leadership Committee and Investment Committee providing guidance in all facets of the organization. Mr. Bacon graduated from University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
