Mark C. Anderson has two primary focuses of expertise: 1) site acquisition for  development in the Bellevue CBD together with over 500,000 square feet of CBD retail leasing.  Mark has represented large corporations, law firms, individual owners, investors and trusts, and serves on various advisory committees representing the City of Bellevue .  With over 38 years of experience in the Bellevue CBD, Mark has developed deep relationships together with an impeccable reputation and knows how to get things done in the most efficient manner.  Mark has been involved in every aspect of site acquisition, development and leasing in the Bellevue CBD.  And 2) as a parking broker for Towne Park Parking on a national basis. Mark has undergone two years of intensive parking operations training from Towne Park, the largest valet parking company in the United States. Mark has developed a process by which Towne Park’s hotel clients can achieve significant operational savings in structuring and negotiating their offsite Parking Use Agreements.
