Marissa D Worley

Marissa is responsible for P.B. Bell’s accounting operations, including overseeing the day to day accounting functions for corporate, development and third-party owned assets, managing internal and external property audits, and tax coordination of company owned assets. In addition, Marissa is responsible for maintaining an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the firm’s reported financial results. Marissa joined P.B. Bell in 2018, bringing 13 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining the multifamily industry, Marissa worked in homebuilding, manufacturing and staffing. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Accountancy from New Mexico State University, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
