Marina Massari

Ms. Massari joined CBRE Capital Markets as an Executive Vice President in December 2012. Ms. Massari has more than 30 years of real estate finance experience as a commercial banker, borrower and mortgage banker, focusing on debt and structured finance assignments. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Massari spent more than 21 years at Irvine Company, a Newport Beach-based real estate developer and operator. She served as Senior Vice President and was responsible for placing mortgage debt on all commercial property types and arranging the Company’s bank lines and loans.

Ms. Massari also spent 10 years with Security Pacific National Bank and held several real estate lending positions, including assignments as co-head of the Bank’s participating mortgage group and regional manager of the Bank’s Orange County real estate office.

Ms. Massari has extensive experience in all property types, with an emphasis on multi-family, retail, and office and with an array of lenders including life insurance companies, banks, GSEs, debt funds and CMBS lenders. Since 1991, she has been involved in hundreds of debt transactions with a total volume in excess of $20 billion.
