Marianne Meyers

Marianne Meyers is the Chief Financial Officer and joined Retail Sites, LLC in 2016. Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant, Marianne oversees the financial operations of the firm and its portfolio properties. She interfaces with management to establish and maintain financial and operational policies, strategies, budgets and controls. She is responsible for managing the accounting operation, developing and preparing reports to investors and lenders and analyzing proposed projects and investment opportunities. Marianne oversees and manages outside auditors, tax accountants and financial reporting.Marianne began her career in public accounting with Ernst and Young after graduating from Rider University. Following her tenure with Ernst and Young, she worked in corporate finance for public and private companies, and more recently as a consultant to small to mid-sized companies, providing support and assistance in accounting and finance. Marianne has over 25 years of experience in financial management and accounting operations.
