Marcy Fink

Marcy Fink is Head of Truist Real Estate Capital, focused on positioning assets for the takeout markets, including Truist' s balance sheet. Marcy has over 20 years of experience in real estate banking focused on debt structuring, credit and syndicated finance. Most recently she managed strategy and operations for SunTrust's commercial real estate business; however, much of her experience has centered on helping clients manage, grow and develop projects in major urban markets in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and the Midwest. She has experience in large, super regional and regional banking organizations having worked with both PNC, Bank of America and their predecessor organizations. Marcy's early career was in architecture. She earned a Bachelor's in Architecture from Iowa State University and a MBA from Cornell University.
