Inc. in 2001, specializing in the sale of urban multifamily development properties. As an "urban property

specialist" Marcello assists both owners and developers with the disposition and acquisition of development

projects in the City of Chicago and neighboring suburbs. Marcello is a member of the CBRE, Inc. Multifamily Group, a nationwide affiliation of CBRE professionals who concentrate on servicing multifamily investors and developers. Over the past 18 years, Mr. Campanini has both converted and developed residential projects in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. He has also provided brokerage services, valuations, financial analyses, and other real estate consulting services for various types of multifamily development projects located across the United States. Marcello has completed projects on behalf of private investors and lenders, commercial reits, developers, individual investors, multi-national corporations, and various other clients.
