Marcella Fasulo joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 after a combined decade on the Capital Markets Team at CBRE, participating in over $60 billion of transactions. She was previously a Senior Vice President and partner on the CBRE New York Institutional Team, focusing on the sale and recapitalization of Office, Multifamily, Retail and Development assets. Marcella was previously an Associate at Savills and Business Development Analyst at CBRE.

Education and Affiliations

Marcella is a member of the Sales Broker Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York as well as the Membership Committee for WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate. She earned a BS in Marketing from Lehigh University.
