Bio
Marc Robinson is an Executive Vice Chair in the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group and Co-Head of the firm’s National Multifamily Advisory Group. Marc joined Cushman & Wakefield when C&W acquired his prior firm, Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016. Marc co-founded MHA in 2002 and was instrumental in expanding the firm into a strong regional brokerage company with over $6 Billion in sales volume, representing more than 140,000 units and 850 transactions.
Marc serves as a national spokesperson for C&W’s Multifamily Advisory Group and helps direct and administrate the business line, while maintaining active responsibility for transactions and clients from his base in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Marc is actively involved with the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC), serving as a Board of Directors member and PAC contributor. Marc also serves on the Regional Advisory Council for Apartment Life (www.apartmentlife.org) a 501©3. Marc holds a BS in Resource Management from Virginia Tech.
