Bio
Marc Franzman, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Belfonti Companies. Mr. Franzman joined the Belfonti Companies in 2012. He has over 20 years of public and private accounting experience including in the private equity sector. He served as Chief Financial Officer for numerous early stage companies in a variety of markets, including life science, behavioral health and telecommunications, helping these companies raise capital and establishing financial and operational processes. Mr. Franzman also served as the Director of Finance for Saunders Karp & Megrue LP, a $2B NYC private equity firm. He began his career working in public accounting for Arthur Anderson LLP, holds a BS Accounting degree from Case Western Reserve and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
