Prior to that Marc Belsky spent 15 years on the principal side at a private equity real estate fund, real estate development company, and a family office, honing his skills in acquiring, repositioning, and developing properties all across the country, giving him the in-depth experience needed to get complex equity deals across the finish line, and providing a unique perspective of understanding the client’s needs and concerns, having spent many years sitting on that side of the table.
