Marc L Bailin

Marc L. Bailin brings over 35 years of real estate investment and management experience to W Financial, which he co-founded with Gregg Winter in 2003. He also serves as a senior partner in the New York law firm Rubin & Bailin, LLP. Mr. Bailin has invested in numerous private mortgages, represented a range of start-up ventures, and often counsels and advises in raising capital, strategic planning, domestic and international banking transactions, and intellectual property licensing matters. Mr. Bailin received a Bachelor's of Arts from Yale University, an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and his law degree from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Bailin is also a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker.
