Mallie Timiraos

Mallie Timiraos is responsible for managing the retail component of mixed-use assets across Toll Brothers Apartment Living’s national platform. Her responsibilities and expertise include merchandising strategy, lease negotiation, asset management and driving value through placemaking.

Mallie joined Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2018 from EDENS, a fully-integrated developer and owner-manager of 125 retail centers across the East Coast and Texas. As Director of Investments, Mallie oversaw the strategy and execution of retail asset management activities across the Mid-Atlantic portfolio of 31 assets, 6 million square feet and $1.5 billion in value. She also pioneered the company’s specialty leasing business, efforts at the frontier of building dynamic community-centered and destination-based retail experiences. Mallie began her career at JPMorgan Chase as a financial analyst, where she specialized in the sales and trading of equity derivatives for institutional clients.

Mallie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She is a member of ICSC and ULI, where she has been recognized as a Young Leader Fellow.
